Delivery & Returns
UK ORDERS
All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail with the following services:
Free Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked48 (approx. 2-4 working day delivery from dispatch)
Standard Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked24 (approx. 1-3 working day delivery from dispatch)
Express before 1pm – Royal Mail Next Day*
*Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri dispatch only)
We aim to cut each order within 48 hours of receiving, ready for dispatch Monday to Friday. Please note that for coloured decals the printing and degassing process can take up to 48hrs. Therefore, any orders containing coloured decals can take up to 48hrs to dispatch even on a Next Day service.
EUROPEAN ORDERS ONLY (DHL or INTERNATIONAL TRACKED DELIVERY)
All orders with DHL into Europe are shipped on a service called DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) this means you will not receive any extra duty and taxes on delivery, they have all been prepaid for you.
DHL shipping into Europe is normally a 2-5 working day delivery. The only element we cannot control are any random Custom Inspections. DHL do their upmost to assist to allow the goods to flow through. To make the most of this service please provide your email address and mobile number so DHL can communicate with you to ensure a hassle-free delivery. DHL allow for you to re-schedule the delivery through their contact with you.
DHL is integrated into our website and will provide customers with a live delivery cost and time. This service also allows you to personally track and manage your shipment. Once your order has been processed by us and scanned by the DHL team on collection you will be able to use this service. Please visit www.ondemand.dhl.com to track your delivery.
The International Tracked delivery option into Europe is a 5-15 working day delivery service. This is trackable and sent on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service where possible*, not all European Countries are registered for this service. If your shipping country is not listed below your order may be subject to fees upon delivery. Please contact the team at info@invisiframe.co.uk if you would like specific details on your country.

DHL SHIPPING -REST OF THE WORLD
If you select DHL Express at checkout, this is aimed to be a 2-5 working day delivery. INTERNATIONAL TRACKED DELIVERY – REST OF WORLD
The International Tracked delivery to the rest of the world is a 5-15 working day delivery service shipped with Royal Mail and delivered by your local postal service. This is fully trackable. Please contact the team at info@invisiframe.co.uk if you would like specific details on your country.
COLOUR DECAL SHIPPING

SHIPPING/ORDER ISSUES
Orders should be checked upon receipt and any errors, shortages or defects contact us at info@invisiframe.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. In the event of non-arrival please contact us within 10 days, for international orders please allow up to 30 days for delivery, we use a 3 day tracked postal service for out kits, but once it leaves the UK we have to allow 30 days for the receiving postal service to deliver before we can submit a missing parcel claim.
If any item is lost in the post we would seek compensation from the delivery company, this can only take place once they have carried out an internal investigation. We cannot be held responsible for this so replacement products will not be dispatched until we receive definite confirmation from the postal company that the item is lost. We try to reduce any shipping issues by using the tracking service for all kit deliveries.
RETURNS
As per our terms and conditions we do not accept returns or exchange kits, as everything is cut to order and we do not hold any stock. This is why we have a compulsory tick box at the checkout for you to confirm that either you or your bike shop physically have your bike/frame and you have chosen the correct kit. This is in place to ensure that you select the correct kit for your frame in the right size and finish and is also to protect you against frame supply issues, changes or cancellations.
